Playgrounds are playful places,

Laugh and giggle all recess long.

A lot of different things to do,

Yelling and shouting in the field.

Going to play,

Out of school and away from work,

Under the trees, away from the sun.

Never alone, always with a buddy,

Delicious snacks to eat outside,

School time again, lets go work.

Playing with our friends… having fun, being happy, being free.

Laughing with others in the nice, bright sun,

Altogether we get tired out, so we can focus in class.

Grade by grade, we play all kinds of games.

Round and round we run,

Outside is so much fun.
